For those that need overnight accommodations at Synod 2025, arrangements have been made to reserve a block of rooms at the Queen’s University Summer Accommodations for Diocese of Ontario delegates. Reserving and paying for rooms must be done by the delegates (it is not part of the Synod registration fee).
To make a reservation for accommodations, Here is the booking link for Anglican Diocese guest accommodations. Confirming your group will be staying in the Endaayaan building: (156 Albert Street, Queen’s University, Kingston, ON K7L 3V2).
A few items to note:
- Guests can visit the link to book their own 2-bedroom unit.
- Price per night is $124 plus taxes.
- Reservation is held by credit card.
- Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Two bedroom units are separated by a shared washroom. Delegates can share a unit if desirable. The price is the same regardless of single or double occupancy.
All un-booked units are returned to general inventory 30 days from event (If guests are unsure of attendance before the cutoff date, it's best they book and then can cancel up to 24 hours in advance.).
Parking is available at Tindall Field, Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm. Parking is paid for through the HONK mobile app. $3 per hour, $10 for day. Parking is free evenings and weekends. Please specify that you wish to book under the block of rooms for the Anglican Diocese of Ontario.
