The Anglican Foundation of Canada seeks to provide abundant resources for innovative ministries, Anglican presence, and diverse infrastructure projects across the Canadian Church.

Each diocese may apply for grants or loans three times per year for:
• Innovative ministry, Anglican presence and diverse infrastructure projects
• Church music in Canada
• Education and programs in Canada’s North
• Worship initiatives, liturgical arts, outreach and community endeavours
• Theological studies

Application deadlines each year are April 1 and September 1. Each application requires the approval of Diocesan Council, and the consent of the Bishop. The Foundation also regularly institutes a Request-for-Proposals process to offer grants in specific areas of ministry.
