This Sunday, January 14, is the One Million Bells initiative (for more information see https://www.1000000bells.org/).

It is not intended as a mandate or support for the ongoing war in Gaza and Israel. It is intended as an act of solidarity with remembrance for people who were killed, a call for the return of hostages, and a sign that we reclaim a world where infants, children, young and elderly women and men may live without terror.

Recently, we gathered in worship at Christmas in the knowledge that no services took place in Bethlehem because of the war. Bishop's Commissary the Ven. Wayne Varley invites your congregation to participate and ring your church’s bell for a minute Sunday morning at 9:00 am our time.
