Aging Well Together

Join us for the launch of 'Aging Well Together: Centre for Healthy Aging KFL&A.'

On November 24, drop in at City Hall between 10am - 2 pm and try out new programs for preventing falls, meeting people and staying active; test out assistive devices for your home, menu plan with a dietician, plan a transit route and much more!

Presentations, interative booths, prizes and giveaways, refreshments and a free shuttle are all part of the activities. This is a free event offered by Centres for Healthy Aging.

Shuttles back and forth every half hour starting at 9:45 am at the Kingston Centre parking lot in the area closest to Sir John A. and Bath Rd. Look for a yellow bus.
