Accommodations at Queen’s University

For those that need overnight accommodations, arrangements have been made to reserve a block of rooms at the Queen’s University Summer Accommodations. Reserving and paying for rooms must be done by the delegates (it is not part of the Synod registration fee). 

To make a reservation for accommodations, Email: event.reservations@queensu.ca. Phone: (613) 533-2223. Your stay will be at Endaayaan – Tkanónsote Residence, 156 Albert Street, Kingston Ontario. Price per night is $119 CAD plus taxes. Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Parking is available at Tindall Field. Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm. Parking is paid for through the HONK mobile app. $3 per hour, $10 for day. Parking is free evenings and weekends. Please specify that you wish to book under the block of rooms for Anglican diocese. Please include the following information:

• Primary guest name
• Guest #1 name (sharing bed with primary guest)
• Guest #2 name (using adjoining room)
• Guest #3 name (sharing bed in adjoining room)
• Check in date:
• Check out date:
• Email address of primary guest
• Phone number of primary guest

You will receive a return confirmation email within 1 business day. At this time Queen’s is not collecting payment or credit card information. We may reach out in May, prior to your arrival to request you call in to confirm your reservation with your credit card. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
