Beginning this year, the Diocese of Ontario is now using a new set of online forms to collect parish information for: 1) 2024 Parish Leadership contact information, 2) 2023 Parish Statistics, 3) 2024 Lay Member form.
The content of these forms have been updated to request only the information that is needed.
As per Canon 8 the incumbent/priest in charge and wardens shall co-operate jointly to complete the parish leadership information and statistics forms following your 2024 annual vestry meeting. The information is to be submitted by March 15, 2024.
The incumbent/priest in charge is required to complete the 2024 Lay Member form to update those that have been elected/re-elected at the annual vestry meeting.

Parish Vestry Reports: Once you have completed filling out the above online forms, please email a copy of your Parish Vestry Report and including financials to Wendy Pierson, wpierson@ontario.anglican.ca.
