The Communications Department of the Anglican Diocese of Ontario has a key focus on serving and supporting churches in the diocese in communicating with their members and communities the Good News of Jesus.
The Communications Department works with the Office of the Bishop to communicate diocesan initiatives, programs, ministries, news, and events to our 4,000 parishioners across our diocese.
The communications officer develops and distributes key communications, both print and digital, and develops and ensures consistent use of the diocesan logo and graphics identity. He also prepares or helps with the preparation and distribution of press releases and other information materials both at the diocesan and the parish levels, as well as providing help, advice and support to parishes and priests throughout the diocese, wherever their work and activities might benefit from being better known to the public at large.
