Access Policy

Records held at the Anglican Diocese of Ontario Archives (ADOA) are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Some records may be restricted due to age, condition, or the personal information they contain. The researcher will be advised of these conditions beforehand. The ADOA takes an individual’s privacy very seriously, and for that reason, balances the need for privacy with the goal of allowing access in order to facilitate research.

Acquisitions Policy

The ADOA acquires, maintains, and makes accessible records of the Diocese of Ontario to preserve the witness of the past and to provide ongoing assistance in recording the work of God’s people.
