Parishes are reminded that completed church income CEWS (Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy) forms are due back to the diocese by the 15th of each month. Monthly data will continue to be collected in 2021 from the parishes as the program has been extended until June of next year. Monthly forms are located here on the diocesan website COVID-19 hub. Please email the completed form to pandemic@ontario.anglican.ca.
