Come join us for the Martial Arts Program at St. Mark’s Parish Hall, located at 268 Main Street, Barriefield/Kingston East,–off Highway #15, near CFB Kingston.
The parish is currently offering classes in Systema, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and Boxing. The instructors are happy to provide excellent instruction that is sure to help you develop your skills and progression. They bring many years of experience with them and offer unique and exciting lessons for adults and kids.
Come for a visit on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings and see what our program offers!
Cost:
Kids program on M,T,W from 6:00PM to 7:15PM at $55 per month;
Adults on M,T,W from 7:30PM to 9:00PM at $65 per month.
