**THESE ESTATE PLANNING EVENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED AT THIS TIME**

This October, the Anglican Diocese of Ontario will offer sessions on estate planning. Local investment and legal experts Ian Fraser and Walter Viner will host presentations on estate planning, minimizing tax burdens, changes to the Capital Gains Tax, maximizing your estate and reducing the amount of tax owing at the time of death.

Other topics will include:

  • How many executors do I need?
  • Should my spouse be my executor?
  • If I have a will, do I need a Power of Attorney?
  • If I do not have a will, what happens?
  • How much should I leave my children?
  • I might be an executor, what is my job?
  • How can I pay less to the Government?
  • My will is 20 years old, is it still good?

There will also be opportunities for question and answer periods following each discussion.

The cost for participants will be $25 to be paid upon arrival at the workshop with all proceeds to benefit Lunch by George.

In order to offer convenient travel options, three sessions will be held at these different locations across the diocese:
