Working closely with spiritual leaders, community groups, and advocates, Taylor is developing an understanding of the needs of the community and proposing ways the diocese can best meet those needs at the Adelaide Street Mission. Taylor is responsible for researching, identifying, and creating resources to promote missional ministry, while also developing and maintaining partnerships in order to better serve the community.
