 'Listening for God’s Call\, a Vocations Discernment Morning' for anyone 
 who is curious about vocation and wondering how God might be inviting them
  to serve.\nThe morning will begin with worship\, followed by an opportuni
 ty to explore what we mean by vocation and the difference between discernm
 ent and recruitment. We’ll consider the ways God calls all Christians to
  ministry through baptismal ministry\, service in daily life and leadershi
 p in the Church\, as well as the particular vocations of priests\, deacons
 \, licensed lay ministry\, chaplaincy and other forms of ministry.\nA voca
 tions panel with different experiences of ministry will share their own st
 ories of how their calls emerged\, what helped them discern\, the challeng
 es they encountered and what advice they would offer.\nWhether you are sim
 ply curious\, wondering about a particular ministry\, or sensing a call bu
 t aren't sure where it might lead\, this day is an opportunity to understa
 nd Anglican approaches to vocation and calling\, hear authentic vocation s
 tories and know what next steps are available within our diocese. \nFor m
