World Water Day

March 22 is World Water Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of water issues and providing ideas for taking action. We are told 1.8 billion people use a source of water that is contaminated. As Christians we know that water is a sacred gift from God. We are all called to be stewards of God’s creation. Your green group invites you to thank God for this precious gift and to join us for a day to consider water justice on April 8 at St. Peter’s, Collins Bay. For more information see notice under diocesan coming events here in eNews. For more information on World Water Day: http://www.unwater.org/
