Pre-Authorized Giving

The diocesan Pre-Authorized Giving (PAG) Program has undergone significant changes in 2019 with the adoption of a new service provider (Bank of Montreal-BMO) and the introduction of new church PAG coordinators who will interface with donors at the parish level and facilitate all changes to the donor PAG information. The finance office of the diocese has also updated key forms and in-house processes associated with the PAG program to eliminate previous issues and deliver a more streamlined PAG experience for churches and donors.

For donors wishing to make changes to or begin a new PAG account, please contact your church PAG coordinator directly.

Church PAG Co-ordinator

The church PAG Co-ordinator is a new position, introduced as part of the 2019 updating and enhancing of the PAG process. Churches are to identify a PAG Co-ordinator by end of October 2019 and notify the synod office via email at

PAG Changes form

The PAG Changes form is used by church PAG coordinators to update any changes/adjustments to donor accounts. Download the form and once completed, PAG coordinators are to return the form to at the Diocese of Ontario Synod Office by the end of business day on the 20th of each month in order to be processed by the 25th (PAG transaction day).
